We provide a comprehensive suite of leadership development experiences. Our flagship offerings include the Executive Presence Programme, a three-day intensive for senior leaders; the Emerging Leaders Bootcamp, a two-day programme for first-time managers; the Team Alignment Retreat, a one-day facilitated session for senior teams; bespoke in-house workshops tailored to your organisation's specific needs; one-to-one executive coaching engagements spanning six or twelve months; and virtual leadership labs delivered online in half-day sessions. Each format is grounded in behavioural science and incorporates practical exercises that participants can apply immediately in their roles.
Our open-enrolment workshops are deliberately kept small — typically eight to sixteen participants — to ensure every attendee receives personalised attention from our facilitators. For bespoke in-house workshops we can accommodate groups of up to thirty, though we may recommend splitting larger groups into parallel cohorts to maintain the interactive, discussion-rich format that makes our programmes so effective. If you have a very large leadership population to develop, we can design a phased roll-out plan that ensures consistency of content across all cohorts.
Absolutely. While our headquarters are in Wales, we deliver in-person workshops at client premises, conference centres and retreat venues across the entire United Kingdom — from Edinburgh to London and everywhere in between. Our virtual leadership labs remove geography entirely, allowing participants from any time zone to join. We have also delivered programmes for UK-headquartered organisations with teams in Europe and beyond, adapting session timings to suit distributed workforces.
Every facilitator on our team holds a relevant postgraduate qualification in organisational psychology, leadership studies or a closely related field. Several are accredited coaches through the International Coaching Federation at PCC or MCC level. Beyond credentials, each facilitator brings a minimum of ten years of hands-on leadership experience in sectors ranging from technology and financial services to healthcare and the public sector. This blend of academic rigour and real-world perspective is what allows us to create learning experiences that resonate deeply with participants.
Customisation begins with a thorough discovery phase. We conduct stakeholder interviews with senior sponsors, review any existing engagement or 360-degree feedback data, and often run a short diagnostic survey with prospective participants. From this research we identify the two or three leadership competencies that will have the greatest impact on your business outcomes. We then design the workshop content, case studies and exercises around those priorities, ensuring every minute of the programme is relevant to your context. After delivery, we provide a summary report with key themes and recommended next steps.
A standard in-person workshop day runs from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break and two shorter breaks in the morning and afternoon. The day typically opens with a scene-setting activity that builds psychological safety and establishes group norms. We then alternate between short facilitator-led input sessions (no longer than twenty minutes each), small-group exercises, role-play scenarios and plenary discussions. The afternoon often includes a peer-coaching exercise where participants practise giving and receiving feedback in triads. We close with individual reflection and action-planning so that every attendee leaves with concrete commitments for the following week.
Pricing varies depending on the programme format, duration, level of customisation and group size. As a general guide, our open-enrolment workshops start from around £850 per participant for a two-day programme. Bespoke in-house workshops are quoted on a per-day facilitation fee plus preparation and materials, and we are always transparent about costs upfront. Executive coaching engagements are priced per session or as a package. We are happy to provide a detailed proposal after an initial consultation so you can evaluate the investment against your development budget.
We understand that plans change. Cancellations made more than twenty-eight days before the workshop date receive a full refund. Cancellations between fourteen and twenty-eight days out incur a twenty-five per cent fee. Cancellations fewer than fourteen days before the workshop may be subject to a fee of up to fifty per cent of the total cost, as we will have already committed facilitator time and prepared bespoke materials. Substituting a different participant from your organisation is always free of charge, regardless of timing.
Yes. Every participant receives a comprehensive workbook — either printed or digital — that includes key frameworks, reflection prompts and space for personal notes. After the workshop, we send a curated reading list and a set of follow-up micro-challenges designed to reinforce learning over the subsequent four weeks. For bespoke programmes, we also offer optional follow-up coaching check-ins at thirty and ninety days post-workshop to help leaders sustain momentum and address any challenges that arise as they apply new skills.
The easiest way to get started is to fill in the enquiry form on our home page or send an email to [email protected]. You can also call us on +44 1304 784941 during business hours. We aim to respond to every enquiry within one working day. During the initial conversation we will discuss your goals, timelines and budget, and from there we will prepare a tailored proposal for your review. There is no obligation at this stage — we want to make sure we are the right fit for your needs before you commit.

Helpful details

A few more things prospective clients often want to know before making a decision.

Accessibility and inclusion

We are committed to making our workshops accessible to everyone. All in-person venues are assessed for wheelchair access, hearing-loop availability and quiet spaces. Our virtual labs use platforms with live captioning and screen-reader compatibility. If a participant has specific accessibility requirements, please let us know when booking and we will make every reasonable adjustment.

We also design our content with cognitive diversity in mind, using a mix of visual, auditory and kinaesthetic learning activities so that every participant can engage in the way that suits them best.

Measuring impact

We believe that leadership development should deliver measurable results, not just positive feedback forms. That is why we offer an optional impact-measurement package that tracks behavioural change over time using pre- and post-programme 360-degree feedback, participant self-assessments and manager observations.

For organisations investing in multi-cohort programmes, we can also correlate development data with business metrics such as employee engagement scores, retention rates and team performance indicators to demonstrate return on investment at the organisational level.
