At New Era Leadership Workshops, we design immersive, evidence-based programmes that equip emerging and experienced leaders with the skills, mindset and confidence they need to inspire high-performing teams and drive organisational growth.
Our programmes blend behavioural science with practical exercises to create transformative learning experiences. Every workshop is tailored to your organisation's unique challenges and aspirations.
Executive presence programme
A three-day intensive designed for senior managers and directors who want to sharpen their communication, decision-making and strategic vision. Participants explore authentic leadership styles through role-play scenarios, peer coaching and reflective journaling. By the end of the programme, attendees leave with a personalised development roadmap and a network of fellow leaders committed to mutual accountability.
Emerging leaders bootcamp
Aimed at high-potential individual contributors stepping into their first management roles, this two-day bootcamp covers delegation, feedback frameworks, conflict resolution and emotional intelligence. We use live case studies drawn from real-world Welsh and UK businesses so participants practise skills they can apply on Monday morning. Each cohort is limited to sixteen people to ensure deep engagement and personalised facilitator attention.
Team alignment retreat
When a leadership team pulls in different directions, culture suffers and results stall. Our one-day retreat uses structured dialogue, values-mapping exercises and collaborative goal-setting to re-align senior teams around a shared purpose. We facilitate honest conversations in a psychologically safe environment so that underlying tensions surface and get resolved constructively rather than festering behind closed doors.
Bespoke in-house workshops
No two organisations face identical challenges, which is why we offer fully customised workshops delivered at your premises or a venue of your choice. After a thorough needs assessment — including stakeholder interviews and optional 360-degree feedback surveys — we design a programme that targets the precise competencies your leaders need to develop. Topics range from change management and inclusive leadership to innovation facilitation and resilience under pressure.
One-to-one executive coaching
For leaders who prefer a private, deeply personalised approach, our accredited coaches offer six-month and twelve-month coaching engagements. Sessions are held fortnightly via video call or in person, and each engagement includes psychometric profiling, goal-setting and progress tracking. Coaching clients consistently report improved confidence, clearer decision-making and stronger relationships with their direct reports.
Virtual leadership labs
Geography should never be a barrier to growth. Our virtual labs deliver the same interactive, facilitator-led experience as our in-person workshops — just via a carefully designed online format. We use breakout rooms, digital whiteboards and real-time polling to keep energy high and engagement deep. Each lab runs for half a day to respect screen-fatigue limits while still delivering meaningful learning outcomes.
What our clients say
Leaders across the United Kingdom trust us to develop their teams. Here are some of their experiences.
"The emerging leaders bootcamp was a turning point for our mid-level managers. Within weeks we noticed stronger delegation, more constructive feedback loops and a genuine shift in team morale. The facilitators created an environment where vulnerability was encouraged and learning felt natural rather than forced."
Rhiannon Griffiths Operations director, Cymru Tech Solutions
"We brought in New Era for a team alignment retreat after a difficult restructuring. They handled sensitive dynamics with remarkable skill, guiding us through honest conversations we had been avoiding for months. We left with a clear, shared vision and a renewed sense of trust."
Marcus Pemberton CEO, Harbour Logistics Group
"The executive coaching engagement exceeded every expectation. My coach challenged my assumptions without ever making me feel judged, and the psychometric profiling gave me insights I had never considered. I am a more self-aware, more effective leader because of this programme."
Sian Harlow Head of people, Brighter Futures Charity
